SUB Executive Board Positions

Have you ever wondered what it is that our Executive Board members are responsible for? They each have unique responsibilities that come together to create all of the events that SUB puts on throughout the year.

Role:	Description:
President	Guide and support the executive board Help to promote and strengthen SUB’s interactions with campus
Vice President of Administration	Run SUB finances and pay for events Plan weekly office hours and cleaning schedule to maintain our office space
Vice President of Membership	Run bi-weekly meetings & volunteer relations Keep inventory of incentives and create a system to keep track of volunteer points
Cyclone Cinema	Create movie line-up for each semester Host movies in Carver every Thursday-Sunday (split however directors choose) Coordinate the annual Outdoor Film screening and other specialty showings
Maintenance Shop	Create, plan, and host concerts in The Maintenance Shop Run the Maintenance Shop social media
Marketing	Create posts for SUB social media pages Brainstorm unique marketing ideas for our events and organization as a whole
Multicultural and Awareness	Create and coordinate a variety of Cultural and Awareness events including the annual Global Gala celebration, semester ending Mental Health Kits, and more Collaborate with ISU organizations and clubs to create unique events
Performing Arts	Create and host weekly events (Grandma Mojos Improv Comedy & Open Mic Night) Work with agencies and ISU professors to create, plan and host comedy nights and comedy college finals
Special Events	Plan and host Great Hall entertainment for each AfterDark Plan and coordinate the annual Cyclone Voice student singing competitions Coordinate annual Down & Dirty Swing Dance
