Meet the Executive Board

Dorothy is very excited to serve as this year’s SUB President. She has also served as a Cyclone Cinema Director and Vice President of Administration. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, rewatching comfort shows and movies, attempting to crochet, and listening to a new music. 

Olivia previously served as a Director of Multicultural & Awareness and is excited to take on the role of Vice President of Membership. She loves listening to music, crafts, and ice cream. 

Luke is over-the-moon excited to be serving as Vice President of Administration for SUB this year! He has also served as a Cyclone Cinema co-director. In his spare time he can be found reading, watching movies, and cooking new and exciting dishes.

Brenna is a sophomore majoring in Human Development and Family Studies with a Leadership Studies Certificate. She loves working with kids and plans on becoming a school counselor in the future. Brenna spends most of her time being social or being on her phone (which is great for marketing)!

After having a record-breaking term as Cyclone Cinema Director for the SUB Executive Board, Schuyler is thrilled to take on the new challenge of Special Events Co-Director. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, unicycling, gaming, theatre, films, exploring the outdoors, and much more! This year, Schuyler looks forward to growing the directorship and creating truly special events.

As one of the Special Events Directors, Piper is looking forward to bringing in new acts. Piper is a junior in Animal Science and Biology. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and reading books. 

Tanisha is excited about serving as a Multicultural & Awareness Director this year. She looks forward to meeting new people and having fun! She likes to listen to music, watch movies and play badminton. 

After volunteering throughout the last two years, Varunavi is very excited to join SUB as the MCA co-director. In her free time, she likes to read, write, do crafts, listening to music, and spend time with her friends. 

Tate is a Junior in Marketing at Iowa State University. He’s super excited to work as one of the Maintenance Shop directors. In his free time he likes to play music, rock climb, and take his dogs for hikes.

Kelly is a junior majoring in Forestry.

Izzy is a sophomore majoring in Criminal Justice and minoring in Psychology. This is her first year on the executive board for Performing Arts! She also loves to run, listen to music, read, and have game nights.

As one of the Preforming Arts Directors, Reid is looking forward to applying what he has learned as an Event Management major. Outside of SUB, Reid loves NASCAR, music, and hanging out with friends.

After serving as the Multicultural & Awareness co-director, Tamia is extremely excited to serve as the Cyclone Cinema director. In her free time she loves reading, spending time with her family, performing stand up comedy, and of course trying to get 5 stars on Just Dance 3. When she is not at school, nor with SUB, she is teaching and shaping young minds at a daycare. 

Spencer is from Maquoketa Iowa. He also loves to hike, spend time with friends, play video games, and design.

Jim has been serving as the Student Union Board advisor since July 2011.

Teresa has been advising Student Union Board since starting at ISU in September 2023.
