SUB Executive Board Application

This application is for all Student Union Board (SUB) Executive Board positions. These positions are held for a full calendar year: January - December 2027.

We are currently seeking leaders, organizers, communicators, event planners, and more to join our Executive Board for the 2027 term. Our Executive Board is made up of several active students who get to plan, promote, and host all of our SUB events for students across campus! If you are interested in applying, please fill out the application below. The application deadline is Friday, October 23 at 11:59pm.

The SUB Executive Board consists of the leadership team (President, VP of Membership, VP of Administration) and six directorships (Cyclone Cinema, Maintenance Shop, Marketing, Performing Arts, Special Events, and Spotlight).

In addition to their own events, Executive Board members are expected to attend weekly Exec Board meetings (Tuesdays at 5:15pm), biweekly SUB Member Meetings (every other Wednesday at 5:00pm), weekly advisor meetings (as scheduled), and a select number of additional SUB events. SUB Executive Members are able to earn a monetary stipend via their work with the Exec Board.
